Initially a writer on Toho's 1988 *Dennou Keisatsu Cybercop*. He would go on to make his debut as a manga scriptwriter in 1996, working on Yuuki Yogo's *Comic Master J*, following which, the two would continue to work together - most notably on *Wolf Guy*, *Akumetsu*, *Shin Mazinger Zero* and the 2013 manga adaptation of *Ninja Slayer*.
